Also, can anyone post a list with all the commands, like /dance and all?

I don't have the game yet. My local store was out of them when I was gonna buy it. I've reserved my copy now. =D

Right click on your Guild Wars shortcut icon and click Properties, then stick -perf on the end of your shortcut line

Mine looks like this, for example:
